Saraswati Devi Puja
In the Rigveda, Saraswati is identified with a river. She is called mighty and powerful. She is considered a heaven-sent stream which blesses the earth.
She is praised for fertility, wealth, children, nourishment and immortality.
Later on, Saraswati is considered as goddess of inspiration, eloquence and learning.
